Chris Turner

Inspired by the desire for change after a decade in the nonprofit sector, Chris joined Genesa as the Business Support Manager in 2024. This change was a pivotal moment that transformed both his career path and his perspective on growth. He was called to embrace something new and he followed his heart to a place he felt would challenge and motivate him into a greater depth.

Through mentorship. Chris has developed his leadership skills, learning to lead with authenticity, curiosity, and love. Becoming a father has been an important part of his journey in deepening his sense of purpose and strengthening his commitment to helping others thrive. Leading by example is Chris’ approach to leadership, and he wants others to know that anything is possible when you embrace the unknown.

Driven by curiosity, Chris is passionate about continuous learning in all aspects of his life - as a parent, in business, about himself. His philosophy is simple: everyone at Genesa is here to support who you can become. Chris brings warmth, humility, and a sense of togetherness to every interaction, embodying the values of empowerment, and empathy at the firm.

Chris’ joys outside of work are found in family, hockey, and music - passions that have shaped his life since childhood. He wants to share his guiding motto: pursue what you’re passionate about, and the rest will follow.
