Will Moore

Will joined Genesa in 2011 and has since been a cornerstone of the firm - starting out in
administration and now a Partner. His decision to pursue the CPA designation was driven by
a desire to push himself further and serve at a higher level. He has played a pivotal role in
shaping the firm’s vision into reality through his contributions towards transformation,
rebranding, and continued growth. Will’s career path reflects the same core values he brings
to his work every day: integrity, consistency, and an unwavering commitment to both clients
and colleagues.

Will feels most energized when he’s building relationships with clients and supporting them
in achieving their dreams. “Accounting goes beyond the numbers for me, it’s about the
people behind the numbers - what they want for themselves and their families,” Will says. He
is a champion for others in their growth, and his personal journey of transformation continues
to guide his path in leadership. He is passionate about fostering a culture of openness,
warmth, and shared purpose. His leadership philosophy has evolved into a space of
empowering others through trust, autonomy, and inspiration.

Outside of the office, Will feels most at home in nature - hunting, hitting the trails, or enjoying
a quiet moment on the patio with his wife and their cats. In the summer, you can find him
cruising in his Mustang, finding joy in the open road and small liberties of life.

If you ask Will what guides him through life, he’ll tell you this: “Things are important, but
whether the outcome is good or bad, it’s all about how we look at it.”
