Yutan Han

From Yutan’s very first accounting class, she knew she had found something that felt like home. A childhood dream of becoming a detective sparked her love of solving mysteries and connecting the dots transmuted into her love for accounting which she found was its own kind of puzzle. Now, as an accounting manager at Genesa CPA, she has found a place where work, life, and love could fully align. She sees authentic relationships and meaningful service as the heart of accounting and tax work.

Leadership, for Yutan, begins with growth - her own and that of the people around her.
Yutan often quotes “work is love made visible”, by Khalil Gibran, as she cares about her work beyond the technical. She says, “For clients to be seen and supported in an authentic way - that’s the real work, my purpose is to serve people who fight for themselves”. The advice that drives her is simple: “Go all in,” when she chooses a path, she gives it everything.

Outside of work, Yutan finds peace in nature. Hiking and watching documentaries about animals and the earth remind her of the beauty and mystery that first drew her solving puzzles.

Her mission is to keep learning about herself so she can build truly authentic relationships and inspire others to do the same. Her vision is clear: to continue growing, to live freely, and to create spaces where people feel loved, valued, and empowered to be fully themselves.
