Thank you for being with us throughout our continuous growth as Genesa CPA Corp., and as you know, with growth also comes change.

We would like to inform you that starting in October 2018, we will be implementing a new billing process to make things more efficient for you and for us! The new billing process will only affect corporate billings which means personal tax billing will remain unaffected.

So, what is the new billing process?!

We are introducing a retainer system that will be effective the same time as your next corporate year end. When you receive your engagement letter, you will also receive a bill for a retainer of 50% of the cost based on your previous years billing.

Your file preparer will reach out to you closer to your corporate year end date to discuss this change in billing and address any questions or concerns you may have regarding this.

How does this benefit you..?

This new system allows us to be immediately proactive with your files, and it also allows you to better segment your expenses without getting hit with one lump cost.

What else?

You can now pay your bill online directly and securely through our website! This saves you time and it is easily accessible. All you have to do is go to this link: Pay Invoice or you can access it through our homepage by clicking the “Pay Invoice” button next to Contact Us!
